Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives enabling business transformation and operational excellence. You will manage cross-functional teams and oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities include defining scope, overseeing multi-workstream projects, governance, and stakeholder communications. A strong background in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid models, plus PMP/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP or equivalent

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management or related leadership roles.
Proven track record delivering end-to-end software development or digital transformation projects.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
Experience managing scope, budgeting, resources, risks, and stakeholders.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business.
PM/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP/Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
Experience leading enterprise-scale technology transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Familiarity with SDLC and technology delivery processes.
Experience working within global or regional project delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of technology projects across multiple workstreams.
Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership.
Facilitate project governance activities, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution by proactively identifying challenges and implementing corrective actions.
Support change management and user adoption activities to ensure smooth implementation of new solutions and processes.
Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with Accenture delivery standards, quality requirements, and organizational objectives.
