Job summary

Ant International in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced project manager to lead large, transnational IT/fintech projects, drive agile governance, and ensure successful delivery with suppliers and stakeholders. Strong English communication and leadership are essential.

Responsibilities include planning, risk management, progress tracking, and reporting while building knowledge base and improving processes for timely and within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• PM or R&D management experience in IT, internet, finance or third-party payments preferred.
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
• Familiar with supplier management and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage large and complex transnational projects; establish project management procedures and plans; lead the project team to meet goals efficiently.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Track project progress; coordinate resources; maintain cooperation with external parties; identify risks and propose timely solutions to avoid delays and overbudget.
• Regularly analyze project status and submit reports to relevant parties; ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Establish and maintain the project team knowledge base; collect best practices; upgrade processes and standards.
