Job summary

HTC Global Services MSC Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through go-live. You will develop plans, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams across business, infrastructure, architecture, testing and security.

The role demands 10+ years in IT project management with strong Waterfall/SDLC experience and a proven track record delivering end-to-end IT projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management/technology delivery experience.
• Strong experience with Waterfall / structured SDLC projects.
• Proven end-to-end IT project delivery from initiation to production go-live.
• Experience with application implementation, system enhancement, migration, integration or digital transformation.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and cross-functional team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle from initiation to go-live.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, schedules, resources and deliverables.
• Apply Waterfall / structured SDLC / Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, Application, Infrastructure, Architecture, Testing, Security and vendors.
• Drive requirements clarification and ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
• Manage SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, cutover and post-production activities.
• Prepare and maintain project governance documentation, RAID logs, status reports and steering committee updates.
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure delivery against scope, milestones, quality and SLAs.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress reporting to senior stakeholders.
