Job summary

Segi Fresh seeks an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of key retail technology initiatives, including WMS, CRM, POS and ERP, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget execution and quality. You will standardize project management tools and develop plans, timelines and milestones across IT projects.

You will work with Operations, HR and Finance to align IT with business needs, manage vendors, deliver regular updates to the GM of IT, and drive change management from go‑live readiness through

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, e‑commerce, logistics or multi‑site operations.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end technology projects such as WMS, CRM, POS, ERP or store technology.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Standardize PM tools and processes across IT projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resources and milestones.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Finance to align IT with business needs.

• Provide regular risk, progress and status updates to executives.
• Oversee change management, go-live readiness and post-go support.

Job description

Manage end-to-end delivery of key retail technology projects, including WMS, CRM, ERP and smart retail solutions.

Standardize project management tools and processes across IT projects.

Develop project plans, timelines, resources and milestones to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Work closely with business teams, including Operations, HR, Finance and other key stakeholders, to align IT projects with business needs.

Manage technology vendors and system integrators to ensure deliverables, timelines and budgets are met.

Provide regular project updates, risks and progress reports to the GM of IT and management.

3. Risk, Scope & Budget Management

Identify project risks, issues and dependencies and take proactive action to resolve them.

Manage project scope and change requests to prevent scope creep.

Monitor project budget, vendor payments and resource utilization.

4. Change Management & Go-Live

Ensure user training, testing and operational readiness are completed before go‑live.

Manage post‑go‑live support and resolve initial system issues.

Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer and handover to the IT Support team.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.

5–8+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, e‑commerce, logistics or multi‑site operations.

Proven experience managing end-to-end technology projects such as WMS, CRM, POS, ERP or store technology.

Experience working with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies.

PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certification is an added advantage.

Technical & Domain Knowledge:

Hands‑on experience with modern project management tools.

Good understanding of retail operations, supply chain, stores, distribution centres and enterprise systems.

Knowledge of SDLC, project delivery and IT vendor management.

Strong project management, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
