Job summary

Tech Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives in e-commerce and hospitality. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery of RPA, process automation, and AI tool integrations on booking platforms, with accountability for scope, schedule, budgets, and governance.

You will chair Scrum ceremonies, manage cross-functional teams, and translate complex IT concepts into clear executive updates for stakeholders, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Min 8 years’ experience managing digital transformation projects in e-commerce / hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of the use of agile principles
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects (RPA, process automation, chatbot deployment).
• Manage project schedule to ensure on-time delivery of milestones.
• Oversee scope, budgets and resources to align with business objectives
• Coordinate AI tool integration with booking platforms
• Chair Scrum ceremonies with the Scrum Master (planning, backlog refinement)
• Work with delivery team to develop scope, objectives and sign-off
• Ensure governance and best-practice project delivery
• Monitor risks and issues; propose and implement solutions
• Prepare executive updates and translate complex concepts for non-IT audiences
• Conduct post-implementation feedback and lessons learned
