We are seeking an experienced Technology Consulting Manager (Digital, Cloud and Data) to help clients define and execute technology-enabled business transformation initiatives. The role focuses on advising organizations on technology and digital strategy, enterprise architecture, IT operating models, technology assessments, solution selection, AI adoption, cloud transformation, and modernization initiatives.

You will lead client engagements, manage project teams, develop trusted client relationships, and support business development activities across a broad range of technology consulting services.

Job Description

• Lead technology consulting engagements covering technology strategy, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, operating model design, and business technology modernization initiatives.
• Develop technology roadmaps, target-state architectures, transformation blueprints, and business cases aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct current-state technology assessments across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, and digital capabilities, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and transformation.
• Advise clients on technology investments, solution strategies, emerging technologies, and modernization priorities.
• Lead requirements gathering, technology assessments, solution evaluations, vendor selections, and RFP processes.
• Define future-state technology architectures and implementation roadmaps to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Advise clients on AI strategy, governance, adoption, use-case identification, and roadmap development to realize business value from emerging technologies.
• Lead cloud readiness, migration, modernization, and operating model assessments, providing recommendations on governance, security, and transformation strategies.
• Facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder interviews, and strategic discussions to align business and technology priorities.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, quality assurance, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor throughout transformation journeys.
• Lead and mentor consulting teams across multiple engagements while fostering capability development and knowledge sharing.
• Support proposal development, solutioning, business development activities, and contribute to practice growth, thought leadership, and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Technology Consulting, IT Advisory, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading technology strategy or transformation engagements.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technologies, digital platforms, cloud, and emerging technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
• Experience managing project teams and multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
