Job summary

PositiveLinks Asia is seeking an experienced IT Project Executive to manage and deliver IT system projects from planning to completion in Kuala Lumpur. You will coordinate internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet requirements.

The role requires at least five years of project management experience, hands-on work with MES/WMS/EMS/ERP or SCM projects, and a recognized PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in MES, WMS, EMS, ERP, or Supply Chain Management projects.
• Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or other recognized certification.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Mandarin is a strong advantage due to regular communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
