Job summary
VSTECS Ku Sdn Bhd is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer in Kota Damansara, Selangor. You will collaborate with the sales team, translate customer needs into technical solutions, and perform product demonstrations.
You will prepare BOMs, proposals, and technical specs while staying current with IT trends and your product portfolio. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in pre-sales, strong IT knowledge in Enterprise Networking, Security, and Cloud computing, plus excellent communication and presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years in a pre-sales or technical sales role in IT
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities with creative solutioning
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase capabilities
- Provide pre-sales support including bill of materials, proposals and technical specs
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product portfolio and industry trends
