Job summary

Cargoflow Sdn Bhd, located at UOA Business Park, Shah Alam, seeks an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and drive successful project implementations. You will coordinate with clients, users, internal teams, technology vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure systems operate effectively and projects are delivered per requirements.

Experience in IT operations, software implementation, and stakeholder management is preferred, with added advantage for logistics or shipping

Qualifications

Experience in IT operations or software implementations.
Experience coordinating software implementations and IT projects.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Willingness to travel for client operations and deployments.
Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding system issues and operational matters.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify risks, incidents, or service degradation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Lead system rollouts, upgrades, enhancements, and implementation activities.
Coordinate UAT, deployment activities, and post-implementation support.
Maintain project documentation including plans, change logs, and meeting minutes.
