Job summary

FashionUnited in Kuala Lumpur seeks an IT Service Operations & Infrastructure Manager to oversee all IT infrastructure operations. You will ensure reliable performance of networks, servers, and security systems while managing technical support and IT projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field and have over 3 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include leading project deployments and ensuring operational compliance. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and ITIL frameworks is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT roles, managing operations independently.
• Proven expertise in IT infrastructure management and project delivery.
• Strong experience in a Windows environment with Office 365 and AWS.
