J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an IT support professional to provide first-level assistance for gateway operational systems and equipment, troubleshoot PCs, printers, scanners, and network connections.

You will monitor system performance and support operations for parcel scanning, sorting, tracking, and attendance, ensuring timely responses to IT issues that affect gateway activities. You will coordinate with central IT, vendors, and service providers to resolve technical issues,

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for gateway operational systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, handheld devices, network connections, and other IT equipment.
• Support the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software.
• Monitor the availability and performance of gateway network and operational systems.
• Support operational systems used for parcel scanning, sorting, tracking, attendance, and other gateway activities.
• Respond promptly to IT issues affecting parcel processing and gateway operations.
• Coordinate with central IT, vendors, and service providers to resolve technical issues when required.
• Maintain proper records of IT assets, equipment, repairs, replacements, and system incidents.
• Assist with user account, access, and system permission requests according to company procedures.
• Conduct regular checks on IT equipment and identify potential technical issues before they affect operations.
• Provide basic IT training and technical guidance to gateway operation staff.
• Support CCTV, access control, network devices, and other technology infrastructure where applicable.
• Ensure IT equipment and systems are used in accordance with company policies and security requirements.
• Assist with system upgrades, new equipment deployment, and IT-related projects.
• Prepare IT incident reports and provide updates on unresolved technical issues.
• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management.
