Job summary

Kitron Electronics Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead and manage IT operations, infrastructure, security, and support for the Kulai site. You will maintain network and servers, ensure data integrity, and oversee compliance with relevant regulations.

You will coordinate with Group IT, work with internal departments, suppliers, and service providers, and document IT assets and KPIs. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT operations including infrastructure, applications, security, and support.
• Maintain and update IT network and equipment.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of IT systems and data; oversee compliance with regulations and standards.
• Support, monitor, and troubleshoot factory servers and users' computers.
• Prioritize factory IT systems availability to minimize production disruptions.
• Act as the key local contact between Malaysia site and Group IT.
• Document IT assets, licenses, documentation and IT procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve IT incidents.
• Support ISO 27001 and other IT/security audits, including documentation preparation and evidence collection.
