Qualifications

• Data Center Operations exposure including onsite infrastructure and hardware management.
• DBA-related activities: database tuning, backups and recovery strategies.
• ITSM tooling experience with platforms such as BMC Remedy/Helix.

Responsibilities

• Data Center Operations: onsite infra management in a 24/7 environment.
• Facility Management: oversee power, cooling, HVAC and M&E maintenance.
• Database Administration: tuning, backups, and data integrity collaboration with dev teams.
• ITSM Tool Management: administer ITSM platforms and translate requirements into technical solutions.
