Job summary

Titanicom Tech Limited is seeking an experienced ICT operations professional to manage and lead a 24/7/5*8 IDC data center team. You will drive stability, efficiency, and risk reduction while coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes incident analysis, SOP mastery, and hands-on problem resolution, with a focus on collaboration across cultures and teams to deliver reliable telecom IT services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and participate in team execution of 24*7 or 5*8 IDC data center duty as required by Alibaba Cloud.
• Lead the team to improve stability and efficiency while reducing risks.
• Respond to incidents and execute work orders, including temporary tasks, in accordance with SLA requirements.
• Perform risk analysis for responsible IDC sites or campuses, identify potential risks, establish risk control measures, and continuously optimize EOP and SOP processes.
• Master SOP standard operating procedures and strictly execute them; independently complete all tickets.
• Assist network engineers and server experts in complex troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Independently analyse and coordinate related teams to handle non-standard scenarios.
• Coordinate projects, optimize processes, establish technical standards, and drive cross-team collaboration.

Key responsibilities
