You will oversee middleware, APIs, and interfaces; manage ERP environment upgrades, security, backups; and collaborate with ERP stakeholders to ensure data integrity and continuous improvement, while aligning IT solutions with business goals.

As part of our transformative ERP journey, we are seeking a technically experienced and solutions-driven leader to oversee the implementation, integration, and performance of our enterprise ERP platform. This role is instrumental in building the digital infrastructure that enables FOZ One’s operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate teams.

Your Role in Our Mission:

As the IT Manager/Assistant Manager (ERP Technology & Integration), you will be a key driver in managing technical integrations, system customizations, and database performance across our enterprise systems—with a strong focus on ERP solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with ERP Business Manager, Business Process Analyst, and ERP stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements, uphold data integrity, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

Technical Integration & Customization:
Oversee integrations and customizations between ERP systems and other enterprise applications, ensuring efficient and reliable data exchange.

Application Development:
Design, develop, and manage middleware, APIs, interfaces, and custom applications to facilitate ERP system integrations.

Database Administration:
Conduct routine ERP database management activities including performance optimization, monitoring, backups, security, and disaster recovery planning.

ERP System Environment Management
Manage the ERP system environment—including version upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and system testing—to ensure stability, reliability, and scalability.

Workflow Governance & Change Implementation
Approve and implement workflow changes proposed by the ERP Business Manager, ensuring all updates align with IT architecture standards, security policies, and system design principles.

Technical Support & Issue Resolution:
Diagnose and troubleshoot ERP technical issues, lead root-cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to mitigate future issues.

Project Coordination & Collaboration:
Work closely with Business Process Team and ERP stakeholders, providing technical expertise to ensure ERP systems meet business objectives.

Infrastructure & Security Coordination:
Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to align ERP-related technical requirements, ensuring system stability and compliance with security policies.

Vendor Relationship Management:
Coordinate effectively with ERP vendors and external technical partners to manage technical specifications, oversee solution delivery, implement system changes, and maintain system stability.

ERP Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics
Support the development of custom dashboards, operational reports, and analytical interfaces to ensure ERP insights align with strategic and operational decision-making needs.

Compliance & Auditing:
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, performing regular audits to maintain ERP data integrity and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ERP systems integration, customization, database administration, and technical support.

Proven experience in integrating major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Epicor) with other business systems.

Knowledge of middleware technologies and API integration frameworks (REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML).

Basic understanding of ERP-related infrastructure, including servers, networking, and security.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
