Job summary

EPOS Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to work cross-functionally supporting international business operations and users in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role involves managing regional projects like hardware/software upgrades and providing critical IT support including troubleshooting and assisting with desktop technologies.

The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience in large enterprise environments, possess strong project management skills, and communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in large enterprise companies.
• Strong knowledge in User & VIP Support and ITIL methodology.
• Excellent English and Mandarin (speaking and writing).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support including desktop related technical assistance.
• Support VIP/VVIP desktop and event support.
• Troubleshoot desktop technology and applications like Microsoft Office.
