Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an IT administrator to monitor software, servers and databases, and to support production operations. You will review security aspects, maintain manuals, and resolve user issues while addressing risks and emergencies.

The role requires a degree in IT and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven working experience in the related field.
• Ability to make decisions and manage diverse teams.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dedicated and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Administer, review and monitor software, servers and databases and recommend changes to support production operations.
• Monitor Server Security and report.
• Modify and update Operations and Maintenance Manuals, including the System Security Plan, Configuration Management Plan and system environments.
• Keep track and resolve all user issues reported.
• Identify, monitor and respond to risks.
• Deal with emergencies such as server downtime, virus infection, hacker invasion, etc. in a timely manner.
• Assist to provide IT requirements and support for other teams.
• Any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelorâs degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in IT equivalent field
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven working experience in the related field is required.
• Ability to make decisions and manage diverse teams.

• Possess initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
