Job summary

Abitare in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking an IT Intern to assist daily IT operations, provide user support, and participate in system maintenance. You will gain hands-on experience across hardware, software, and ERP systems.

You will handle end-user tickets, assist with Microsoft 365, support Odoo ERP modules, and help maintain IT documentation. A strong willingness to learn and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing IT-related degree/internship as graduation requirement.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiar with Windows and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint).
• Basic networking fundamentals (IP, Wi‑Fi, printers, cabling).
• Exposure to ERP/CRM (Odoo preferred).
• Basic scripting, SQL, or web/HTML familiarity.
• Interest in cybersecurity or systems administration.

Responsibilities

• End-User & Helpdesk Support: log, triage and resolve day‑to‑day tickets (login, printing, email, connectivity).
• Microsoft 365 Administration (Supervised): user setup, licenses, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive troubleshooting; security basics.
• Odoo 18 ERP Support: user creation, access rights, master-data entry; UAT/testing and bug logging; create simple guides.
