This internship offers hands-on experience in maintaining IT infrastructure and providing technical support. Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows and basic networking.
- Experience with IT administration tools is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with teams and vendors for service delivery.
- Assist with user account management in Active Directory.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers and desktops.
- Provide support for hardware and software issues.
- Update IT documentation, including configurations and guides.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and ISO standards.
- Assist with inventory management of IT assets.
Skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows
Basic knowledge of networking concepts
Experience with IT administration tools
Education
