An IT solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an enthusiastic IT Admin Intern to support the IT Administration team. This internship offers hands-on experience in maintaining IT infrastructure and providing technical support. Responsibilities include managing user accounts, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring system compliance. Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a degree in IT or a related field, with familiarity in Microsoft Windows and basic networking. This position operates 5 days a week, offering a salary of RM1000.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows and basic networking.
• Experience with IT administration tools is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with teams and vendors for service delivery.
• Assist with user account management in Active Directory.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers and desktops.
• Provide support for hardware and software issues.
• Update IT documentation, including configurations and guides.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and ISO standards.
• Assist with inventory management of IT assets.

Conocimientos

Familiarity with Microsoft Windows

Basic knowledge of networking concepts

Experience with IT administration tools

Educación

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
