Job summary

GE Aerospace Malaysia is seeking an enthusiastic IT intern to support planning and execution of IT initiatives across the organization. The role offers hands-on experience in M365 support and migration, general IT operations, and troubleshooting.

Ideal for IT or CS students with a strong interest in IT systems and infrastructure. You will work with the IT team on M365 migrations, provide user support, document processes, and gain exposure to IT infrastructure within a manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for M365 applications, including troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Assist in planning and executing M365 migration projects (email, data, apps).
• Support day-to-day IT operations, onsite and remote as required.
• Document all IT activities, resolutions, and escalation steps to senior staff.
