Job summary

MGB Berhad is seeking an IT Support and Audit professional to maintain and troubleshoot PCs, printers, and critical network hardware. You will also assist in automating processes via the Laserfiche portal, supporting daily operations and ongoing IT projects.

The role requires coordination with hardware teams and conducting monthly IT audits, with fluency in multiple languages a plus. Based in Sungai Way, PJ, this position offers hands-on IT infrastructure responsibilities.

Job description

This role involves IT support and audit functions, including PC and printer setup and troubleshooting, daily IT support, and management of hardware equipment such as switches, routers, and servers. You will also assist in automating the construction system using the Laserfiche portal.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct IT Audit Monthly

PC and Printer Setup/troubleshooting

Provide Daily IT support

Handle all hardware equipment including Switch, Router and Server (Networking knowledge required)

Complete any other ad hoc tasks/assignments assigned by the Superior

Requirements:

Possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English

Fluency in Mandarin is an extra advantage
