Job summary

SF Techlogis SDN BHD is seeking an IT support assistant to provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network issues at our Kulai facility. The role includes assisting with computer and printer setup, installing approved software, and helping with account setup and permissions under supervision.

You will perform routine system checks, maintain IT asset records, and document issues and resolutions while guiding staff on basic IT procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Assist in setting up computers, printers and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure and update approved software.
• Support the setup of employee accounts and access permissions under supervision.
• Assist with routine system checks and IT equipment maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset records and document technical issues and resolutions.
• Guide employees on basic IT procedures and system usage.
• Support ongoing IT projects and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
