Job summary

• Must have experience in coordinating logistics activities and maintaining accurate records.
• Experience handling shipping documents such as delivery orders and packing lists is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with warehouse, freight forwarders and drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the coordination and implementation of logistics processes
• Receiving, processing and tracking inventory movements
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities
• Collaborating with the relevant team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the optimisation of logistics operations
• Prepare shipping documents such as delivery orders, packing lists, bills of lading (BL), commercial invoices, and customs clearance papers.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth cargo release.
• Track shipment status and proactively update customers or internal departments on progress
