Job summary

Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a fresh graduate to join the Huawei CLOUD Computing technical support team in Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities include handling tickets, calls and emails, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with engineers to meet customer performance requests.

The role offers training and a shift-based schedule. Degree in CS/IT is required, with knowledge in Linux, cloud basics, networking, and related technologies; HCIP/HCIE credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Added advantage for HCIP/HCIE or related cloud certifications.
• 2 years call center experience with Voice/CCTV/Video Conference is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Huawei CLOUD Computing technical support.
• Provide technical and solution support to customers and partners through tickets, telephone, email, and meetings.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis; handle service tickets per SLA and templates.
• Interface with engineering partners and on-site engineers to fulfill customer requirements.
• Develop service FAQs and cases based on service requirements and share with others.
