Job summary

ISoftstone Pte. Ltd. seeks a Cloud Operation and Maintanence Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to manage Huawei Cloud NA resources, ensuring availability, security, and continuous delivery.

You will monitor systems, investigate incidents, perform improvements, and coordinate with customers on performance testing and risk management. The role requires 5+ years in cloud operations, strong Linux skills, and solid English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years cloud operation and maintenance experience.
• Proficient in Linux and TCP/HTTP protocols; able to analyze common network issues.
• Familiar with DNS, NTP, DHCP and related services.
• Able to deliver technical solutions and delivery management for O&M services.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cloud resources (network, compute, storage, databases, security) for Huawei Cloud NA customers.
• Design and optimize availability, performance, security, and risk-management across cloud sites.
• Build operational platform capabilities and improve service efficiency.
• Support customers with capacity planning, performance testing, and workflow optimization.
• Provide major festival service protection and ensure business continuity.
