Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Written & spoken in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin; Mandarin is required when communicating with OEM representatives from mandarin-speaking countries.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware and peripherals including CCTV, printers, bar code printers, and firewall.
• Provide technical support for software infrastructure including SAP, Autocount, and email.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues; diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.
• Assist in the implementation of new applications to continually enhance system performance.
• Liaise with external vendors for systems customization and upgrade.
• Provide guidance and conduct user training on existing and new applications.
• Establish the standard operating policies and procedures of MIS Department adhere to the company policies.
• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Provide help desk support for incoming calls or email requests for MIS assistance; ensure all help desk tickets are followed up and solved in a timely manner.
• Provide support to production and OEM representatives on new model setup with its product's application.
• Maintain proper filing system of MIS documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
