Job summary

V.S. Industry Berhad is seeking a motivated MIS team member for ERP Application Support (SAP) and Hardware Infra Support in Senai, Johor. The role focuses on ERP SAP troubleshooting, system improvements, and IT hardware administration in a hands-on environment.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma or degree in CS/IT/BA, 2–3 years in ERP SAP or hardware infra, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and user-support skills. Willingness to work on-site in Senai completes the profile.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or related field.
• 2–3 years of working experience in ERP (SAP) support or hardware infra support preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and user support skills.

Responsibilities

• SAP Support: Provide ERP support, troubleshoot end-user problems; test and assist in ERP system development and implementation; participate in requirements gathering, function specifications, and improvement plans; schedule and provide end-user system training; perform month-end/year-end inventory freezes.
• Hardware Support: Manage IT equipment (servers, notebooks, desktops, printers, network gear); system administration (Active Directory, mailbox, file server); data and system backups; vendor sourcing and procurement; IT asset maintenance reports and documentation; provide system support to all users; assist other IT members with projects.

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our MIS team for ERP ApplicationSupport andHardware Infra Support in Senai, Johor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of working experience in ERP (SAP) support or hardware infra support is preferred.

• Must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.

Job Responsibilities

i) SAP Support

• Provided ERP support and troubleshoot end user problem.
• Test and assist in ERP system development and implementation.
• Participant in requirement gathering and analysis, writing of functional specification and propose improvement plan.
• Schedule and provided end user system training.
• Performed month end or years end inventory system freeze.

ii) Hardware Support

• Manage and monitor all IT equipment including server, notebook, desktop PC, Printer, network equipment are in operable condition, this includes the support, setup and installation of software and hardware.
• Responsible for day-to-day system administration, including Active Directory (AD), mailbox and file server and perform and ensure data and system backup.
• Vendor sourcing & procurement, IT Asset maintenance report and documentation.
• Provide system support to all user related to IT.
• Assist other IT member with project /ad hoc assignment, as necessary.
