Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in an IT environment with non-UNIX systems.
• Proficiency configuring and designing infrastructure with VMware, Microsoft, and storage solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support and Incident Management: Provide technical assistance to Level 1 Engineers and handle escalations; onsite and offsite troubleshooting for non-UNIX systems.
• Prepare incident and problem management reports with thorough documentation of issues and resolutions.
• Preventive Maintenance and Reporting: Schedule preventive maintenance with customers and perform onsite maintenance; generate and upload reports to Field Service Management System.
• Project Implementation and Management: Handle small-scale deployments independently; assist in large-scale deployments, ensuring timelines and scope are met.
• Administrative and Team Coordination: Maintain timely updates of installation and maintenance tickets; contribute to project documentation.
