Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, organize and drive technical projects, focusing on coordinating releases and rollouts and guiding tasks to timely delivery.

You will work with IT and business stakeholders across functions, manage risks, budgets and governance, and present progress with dashboards and reports.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, excellent English, and a proven track record delivering complex IT initiatives across multinational environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in an IT Shared Service Centre environment.
• Experience managing end-to-end application development projects in a waterfall SDLC model.
• Experience managing offshore development teams remotely.
• PMP or Prince2 certified.
• Strong communicator in English with great interpersonal skills.
• Track record managing multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and drive IT projects with focus on releases and rollouts.
• Coordinate tasks and present progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; resolve obstacles.
• Maintain governance and monitor CAPEX/OPEX through the lifecycle.
• Ensure projects deliver on timeline and transition to support teams.
• Lead lessons-learned debriefs and document project closures.
