Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).

• Commitment to confidentiality, integrity and availability of systems.

Responsibilities

• Support IT tasks: installing/testing/configuring/troubleshooting Windows-based OS, software applications, PCs, printers and peripherals.
• Documentation.
• Cabling works (fiber and copper).
• Checking and fixing hardware.
• Documentations and reporting to supervisor.
• Other tasks assigned by superior; trainings provided.

Education

Diploma / Advance Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
