Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT professional to provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules and related PaaS migrations in Selangor. You will help ensure smooth Order Management, Procurement, Inventory and Finance processes across the end-to-end lifecycle.

Responsibilities include analyzing user needs, developing BI reports, coordinating with vendors and IT teams, and supporting testing, training and quarterly upgrades to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or Financial Accounting with at least 2 years of functional support or project management experience.
• Experience in data mining and analysis, including SQL scripting and DB tools.
• Analytical and objective-driven personality.
• Able to work under minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules and related PaaS migration tasks.
• Support end-to-end processes from tender to production to billing and delivery.
• Participate in system integration testing, UAT, and end-user training; perform regression tests for upgrades.
• Create Oracle BI Reports and BI Publisher reports.
• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions to optimize day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate activity between business teams, IT, and 3rd party support.
• Plan and implement projects from conception to completion; participate in disaster recovery and audits.

• Support and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Modules, PaaS migration modules to support operation as Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Portal, eTender, Project/Contract/Financial, EDS, NCR.
• Support the end-to-end process from tender to Project to Design to Bill of Material specification to Production Schedule to Work Order to Inventory to Delivery to AR Billing.
• Support the end-to-end process of Production Schedule to Replenishment to sourcing to Purchasing to Inventory Management to Supplier Invoice Matching to Payment Processing.
• Participate in System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance Test, conduct key user and end user training; perform Regression Test for quarterly upgrade.
• Support and create new Oracle Transaction BI Reports and BI Publisher Reports.
• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions that support day to day solutions, including Complex BI reports with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements that will deliver enhanced functionality and/or simplify users’ daily operational process.
• Configure and test changes to system including reports, security access, and workflow
• Perform/coordinate configuration changes to the production environment
• Act as single point of contact with our vendors for the resolution of functionality and performance issues
• Resolve functional and system errors as identified by Process Owners & Key Users, including determining cause of incorrect data entry and infrastructure/database issues
• Coordinate activity between various business functional teams, IT and 3rd party support team
• Work with other IT teams to resolve infrastructure related problems (i.e. Server, Network, Database) where appropriate
• Plan, develop and implement projects from conception to completion.
• Participate and coordinate disaster recovery exercise
• Participate in annual audits

Requirements

• Degree in IT or Financial Accounting and minimum 2 years of functional support or project management working experience.
• Experience in data mining and analysis, eg. SQL scripting and DB tools.
• Analytical and objective driven personality.
• Able to work under minimum supervision at a tight-deadline and fast-paced environment.
