Job summary

Hirehub Group in Malaysia is seeking an ERP and IT systems specialist to manage Epicor ERP access, security, and performance, and to provide daily operational support.

The role requires a degree in IT/CS/IS, strong SQL Server skills, SSRS reporting, and experience with Epicor configuration, BPM, APIs/EDI, and network troubleshooting; you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ERP optimization and automation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology (IT) / Computer Science / Information System or any related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server administration and SQL query writing.
• Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP system configuration and security management.
• Experience in developing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Knowledge in Epicor Business Activity Queries (BAQ), Dashboards, and Business Process Management (BPM).
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems.
• Experience with Windows Server administration and network troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Epicor ERP user access, security settings, and system performance.
• Provide daily ERP operational support to ensure smooth business operations.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with Epicor technical support when required.
• Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and system solutions to support business needs.
• Perform ERP system upgrades, testing, validation, and technical documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through ERP optimization and automation.
