The role focuses on technical authority for specialty oils and fats processing, leading improvements through data-driven trials, and collaborating with plant management to standardise practices and meet global objectives.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience in specialty oils and fats processing.
• Proven track record in process development, optimisation, and successful plant trials.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for specialty oils and fats processing across multiple regional facilities.
• Lead initiatives to improve process stability, throughput, and product consistency using data, experiments, and systematic evaluation.
• Collaborate with plant management to embed standardized operating practices and align with global objectives.
• Evaluate and introduce new processing technologies, engage with external providers and research partners.
• Contribute to advancement of manufacturing systems through development and innovation programmes.
