Job summary

AURUM PRECAST SDN. BHD. is seeking a motivated Junior IT Specialist to join our IT team in Malaysia. The role focuses on providing technical support, troubleshooting software and hardware, and maintaining IT systems. The ideal candidate has at least one year of IT support experience and strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office.

You will work closely with the team to implement IT projects, document processes, and ensure reliable computer networks and services for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or related role.
