Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain user manuals, quick-start guides, and online help resources for IT applications and systems.

Collaborate with IT Business Analysts, IT developers and Project Managers to gather technical information and requirements.

Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.

Create visual aids such as screenshots, flowcharts, and diagrams to enhance user understanding.

Ensure all documentation meets organizational style guides and accessibility standards.

About you

Proficient in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word and/or Microsoft Visio.

Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English languages.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly language.

Experience with content versioning and documentation management systems is an added advantage.

Diploma or higher qualification in any field of study.
