Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, software engineering, cybersecurity, information systems or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 3 years of relevant experience in application development, digitalisation, data, IT operations or cybersecurity can be considered.
• Ability to work independently with ownership and accountability for deliverables.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem solving.
• High learning agility and willingness to work across digitalisation and cybersecurity disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain low-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Create and maintain database objects, queries, extracts, dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools.
• Support REST API and system integrations; test interfaces and maintain technical docs.
• Provide first-level support; prepare user guides and training materials; monitor adoption.
• Assist cybersecurity operations by monitoring alerts, patch status, vulnerabilities and dashboards.
• Support IAM, vulnerability remediation, incident response, audits, policies and logging.
• Participate in digitalisation and cybersecurity projects; coordinate with vendors; follow ITSM/document-control procedures.
• Support Smart Factory and digitalisation initiatives across the HESB Group.
• Cover day-to-day IT support for corporate office.
