Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an IT & Digital Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end sourcing for software, SaaS, cloud, digital platforms, and cybersecurity. The role partners with IT, Digital, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to drive cost efficiency and governance.

The position is a 12-month contract with a potential conversion to permanent employment and full employee benefits offered throughout the contract period.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in IT, Digital, or Technology procurement.
• Strong exposure to software licensing, SaaS, cloud, and digital platforms.
• Solid contract negotiation and commercial management experience.
• Experience with ERP/e-procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba).
• Professional certification (CIPS, CPSM) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end IT & Digital sourcing and procurement.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with roadmaps.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, SLAs, and contracts with vendors.
• Manage contract lifecycle and vendor performance reviews.
• Support compliance, risk management, and documentation.
