Job summary

Vision Technology Consulting is seeking a fresh graduate IT Consultant in Malaysia. The role involves assisting the team to gather client requirements, configuring and customizing software, and participating in the full SDLC from design to deployment.

You will support testing, documentation, and user training while providing end-user assistance during project implementation. The position offers mentorship and opportunities to pursue field certifications after joining.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Ability to effectively collaborate and work in a team-based environment.
• Willing to learn and grow in the role.
• Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, WSO2, Teradata, Informatica and/or Pega is preferred.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support team lead when meeting with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements.
• Perform software/system configuration and customization.
• Participate in the full SDLC cycle & process, which includes system design & development, testing execution, training & documentation.
• Perform software/system configuration and customization.
• Perform software/system testing.
• Perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed.
• Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance during project implementation and application maintenance & support.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Ability to effectively collaborate and work in a team-based environment.
• Willing to learn.
• Candidate withOracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, WSO2, Teradata, Informatica and/or Pegaexperience or with certification preferred.

NOTES

• Training will be provided and mentor assigned.
• Successfully candidates will be encouraged to be certified in their field of specialisation.
