Job summary

Vision Technology Consulting is seeking an IT Project Lead/Manager in Malaysia to drive project plans, timelines, and budgets while leading a cross-functional team. You will liaise with clients to capture requirements, manage risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of enterprise software solutions for the telecommunications sector.

The role requires 5–7 years of project management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–7 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification is a plus, but not required.
• Experience implementing enterprise software solutions for telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines and budgets to meet objectives.
• Lead the project team across the lifecycle to achieve milestones on time and within budget.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and align expectations.
• Identify and manage risks to minimise delays and budget overruns.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships for successful outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring that all project objectives are met.
• Lead the project team throughout the project lifecycle to ensure project milestones are achieved on time, and within budget.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of consistently delivering projects on-time, within budget, and meeting the client’s requirements.
• PMP certification is a plus, but not required.
• Strong knowledge and experience in implementing enterprise software solutions for the telecommunications industry.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
