Job summary

Gross Synergy is seeking a contract WebRM Developer in Malaysia to develop, enhance, and maintain the company’s WebRM system. The role focuses on delivering reliable technical support, coordinating UAT, and documenting workflows across teams.

You will collaborate with product managers, QA, and other departments to meet deadlines and deliverables while troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Ability to work with API requests (GET/POST).
• Good understanding of database queries (MySQL preferred).
• Able to trace issues and understand code syntax across languages.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• DevOps & Deployment experience will be an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience is an added advantage.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
