DF Integrated Malaysia is seeking a capable IT professional to lead an enterprise software migration project, map processes, configure systems, and oversee UAT and deployment across ERP and MES platforms.
The candidate will coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Finance, and Office departments and liaise with external consultants and vendors to ensure accurate data, licensing compliance, and a smooth digital transformation on the factory floor.

To Lead a New Enterprise Software Migration Project, Assisting with system configuration, Data & Processes Mapping, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and system deployment.
Involved and Lead Major Migration Project from an Old ERP system to a New system migration project, Mapping out processes and ensuring a smooth deployment. As this enterprise project matures, your role will seamlessly transition into taking full ownership of the plant's entire IT infrastructure, networks, and server systems to ensure they strictly conform to operational requirements.
Experience in mapping Out Manufacturing Processes in a Factory setting,
Coordinate closely and To Intergate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Finance, and Office departments to handle ERP process changes, software upgrades, and system integrations. To optimize system workflows and data flow
Responsible for IT system operations to ensure stable performance, including ERP and MES systems
Liaise confidently with External ERP consultants, IT vendors, and service providers to resolve complex migration bugs and technical logjams.
Provide regular feedback to the department head regarding ERP migration progress, network performance, and system health.
Gather User Requirements and convert them into technical specifications or improvement plans
Provide end-user support for ERP, MES, and other business applications.
Participate in task forces related to data security, software licensing compliance, disaster recovery planning, and digital transformation.
Support daily operations and process optimization of ERP systems (e.g., purchasing, production, inventory, finance modules)
Maintain and improve MES systems to ensure Real-Time and Accurate Production Data Tracking.
Understand Manufacturing Processes and translate operational requirements into system solutions
Support Production Floor IT devices and systems (e.g., barcode scanners, production reporting systems, work order systems)
Assist in implementing smart manufacturing and digital factory initiatives.
Assist in developing and maintaining production, inventory, and operational reports
Ensure data accuracy within systems to support management decision-making
Provide support for internal IT infrastructure, including computers, printers, and network devices
Assist in implementing IT security policies and daily maintenance tasks

Experience in the Manufacturing Processes Environment and Strong Understanding of Factory Operations.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Strong Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or others)
Experience with MES systems. That monitors, tracks, and controls the transformation of raw materials into finished goods on the factory floor.
Strong Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently in a fast-paced environment
