Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an experienced MES/ERP analyst to gather and document manufacturing requirements, analyze processes, and support MES configuration and SAP integration on site in Kulim. You will translate manufacturing needs into system processes, prepare functional specs and test scripts, and participate in go-live activities with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 4–7 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
• Practical experience in at least one required SAP area.
• Good understanding of manufacturing or plant operations.
• Experience in an SAP, MES, ERP or manufacturing digitalization project.
• Ability to translate manufacturing requirements into system processes.
• Experience preparing functional documentation or test scenarios.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to complete Critical Manufacturing MES training and work onsite in Kulim.
• Availability to support go-live or critical deployment activities when required.
