Job summary

Flink Automation System Sdn Bhd in Penang, Bayan Lepas invites an experienced ERP/MES Systems Developer to design, develop, and implement an in-house ERP and MES platform. You will work with production, engineering, warehouse, HR, and management to digitalize operations, build scalable databases, dashboards, and real-time shop-floor monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP, MES, or enterprise system development.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-house ERP system tailored for manufacturing and business operations.
• Build MES functionalities: production order execution, routing sheets, traceability, machine status, quality inspection, and WIP tracking.
• Develop modules for Procurement, Inventory, Sales, HR, Finance, and Reporting.
• Design and maintain database structures with scalable performance.
• Build dashboards and real-time monitoring views for shop-floor visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into modules.
• Ensure data integrity, user security, and system performance.
• Provide documentation, testing, and continuous improvements to the system.

We are looking for a highly capable ERP/MES Systems Developer to design, develop, and implement our in-house Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This role focuses on digitalizing business operations, streamlining manufacturing workflows, and building a complete integrated platform to support production, traceability, inventory, procurement, finance, and more. You will collaborate closely with production, engineering, warehouse, HR, and management teams to understand operational processes and convert them into an efficient, unified ERP/MES application.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an in-house ERP system tailored for manufacturing and business operations.
• Build MES functionalities such as production order execution, routing sheets / process flow, traceability & genealogy, machine or workstation status, quality inspection & process parameters, and work-in-progress tracking.
• Develop modules for Procurement, Inventory, Sales, HR, Finance, and Reporting.
• Design and maintain database structures with high scalability and performance.
• Build dashboards and real-time monitoring views for shop-floor visibility.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional modules.
• Ensure reliable data integrity, user security, and system performance.
• Provide documentation, testing, and continuous improvements to the system.
