Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking SAP and Non-SAP ERP manufacturing consultants to transition into MES implementation in Kulim. Selected candidates receive structured Critical Manufacturing MES training and hands-on support for configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live activities.

Candidates should have hands-on SAP experience (MES/PP/QM/PM) or strong ERP background, plus a solid understanding of manufacturing operations and shop-floor processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in at least one SAP area (MES/PP/QM/PM).
• Understanding of manufacturing or plant operations.
• Experience in ERP/MES transition projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document manufacturing and shop-floor requirements.
• Analyze production, quality, maintenance, material-flow and equipment processes.
• Support Critical Manufacturing MES configuration and implementation.
• Assist with integration between SAP, MES and other manufacturing systems.
• Prepare process flows, functional specs, user stories, data mappings and test scripts.
• Perform system integration testing and user acceptance testing; log and retest defects.
• Support master-data validation, user training, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, engineering, IT, SAP and MES teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 4–7 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
• Practical experience in at least one required SAP area.
• Good understanding of manufacturing or plant operations.
