Johnson Matthey is seeking an IT Change, Problem and Continuity Management Analyst in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role focuses on coordinating IT changes, managing problems, and supporting continuity across global teams in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in a global / multi-national environment.
• Hands-on ITSM platform knowledge with a focus on change and problem management.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and govern IT changes throughout the change lifecycle.
• Review change records for quality, risk, and business impact.
• Challenge inadequate change submissions and improve quality before approval.
• Coordinate and support Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Monitor upcoming change activity for conflicts and dependencies.
• Track change performance and identify trends requiring intervention.
• Ensure post-implementation reviews for high-risk or failed changes.
