Job summary

Natrad Food in Malaysia is seeking a strategic IT/Digital Transformation leader to shape and execute the company’s technology roadmap. The role spans enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and IT operations to enable growth and resilience.

Responsibilities include aligning tech initiatives with business goals, driving automation and process improvements, and overseeing budgets, projects, and vendor partnerships to deliver value across the organization.

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Manage IT budgets, projects, and technology investments.
• Lead the implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP), SFA, WMS, EDI, and Microsoft 365.

2. Enterprise Applications & Business Systems - Lead the implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP)
• Sales Force Automation (SFA)
• Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
• Microsoft 365 and related business applications

3. Cybersecurity & Disaster Recovery

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and controls.
• Manage network security, endpoint protection, user access controls, and system monitoring.
• Establish and test Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and backup procedures.
• Ensure business continuity and data protection.

4. Infrastructure & IT Operations

• Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance.
• Oversee software licensing and IT asset management.
• Ensure efficient IT support services and service level compliance.
• Develop management dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance.
• Support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Manage external vendors and technology partners.
• Lead IT projects from planning through implementation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
