Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking to strengthen its IT operations across branches, maintaining servers, networks, and devices while supporting ERP and Microsoft 365 platforms. The role will focus on data security, backups, and access control, with ongoing development of digital tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency.

You will identify AI tools to boost productivity, assist in EV charging platform monitoring, and provide helpdesk support plus staff training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain servers, networks, workstations, and IT equipment across all branches.
• Support and troubleshoot ERP/accounting/inventory systems (e.g. AutoCount) and Microsoft 365.
• Manage data security, backups, user access, and cybersecurity.
• Develop and maintain digital tools (Google Forms, AppSheet, Excel dashboards, Power Automate) to automate manual workflows.
• Identify and integrate AI tools into existing workflows to boost productivity and streamline day-to-day operations.
• Support the operation and management of the EV charging system, including platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and data reporting.
• Provide helpdesk support, staff training, and IT asset management.
• Standardise IT setup and ensure reliable communication across branches.
