Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an IT & Business Support Executive to join our Nilai, Negeri Sembilan team on a full-time basis. This role links our technical infrastructure with business operations and requires hands-on IT support to ensure seamless daily functions.

You will work on-site, support data management and reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive IT-enabled business initiatives, maintaining service delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of IT support or similar technical role experience.
• Experience with IT helpdesk ticketing systems and asset management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and second-line technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues.
• Manage IT helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of requests.
• Perform system troubleshooting and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal IT infrastructure performance.
• Install, configure and maintain desktop, laptop and peripheral devices.
• Support business operations with data management, reporting and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and provide IT solutions.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as a critical link between our technical infrastructure and our business operations, providing comprehensive IT support and business assistance to ensure seamless organizational functionality. Key responsibilities
