Job summary

Fuku in Penang is seeking a capable Business Analyst/Junior BA to join our office-based team. You will participate in tendering, assist pre-sales, and help gather requirements for client projects in a modern .NET stack.

You will work on EDI flows, system integration, and end-to-end project exposure, from planning through go-live, with exposure to automation and warehouse tech. 2–3+ years experience and a CS degree preferred; Malaysia work rights required.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Junior Business Analyst, Pre-Sales, or Level 2 IT Support role.
• At least 1 year of engineering experience in C# / .NET.
• Proficiency in SQL scripting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the tendering process and pre-sales meetings to understand client problems and needs.
• Contribute to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) flow and project planning for system implementation.
• Analyze the design of technical systems and business models.
• Prepare requirement specifications in collaboration with system architects to ensure proper project/system implementation and integration.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), provide training, and offer system support to end users.
