Job summary

Neurogine Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Analyst at junior to senior levels in Malaysia. The role focuses on understanding products, gathering user requirements, and producing functional specifications for new or modified programs. Travel to Malaysia and overseas may be required.

You will work with business partners to elicit requirements, create mockups, document specifications, assess risks, and ensure user satisfaction throughout project delivery. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Broad IT domain experience in three or more IT areas: Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Financial related application.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science related field.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Willing to travel (Malaysia and overseas).
• Knowing Mandarin is a plus as we deal with China vendors.

Responsibilities

• Convert requirements into Functional Specification Documents (FSD) & System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Assess risks of solutions and prioritize competing business demands.

• Coordinate design reviews and walkthroughs to validate proposed solutions.
• Incorporate usability and user interface considerations when designing systems.
• Provide UAT support to stakeholders and maintain user guides.

Job Description

Primary responsibility is to understand the product / solutions and prepare user requirement, functional specifications for new or modified program to determine feasibility, compatibility with current system architecture and computer capabilities.

Responsibilities

Works with business partner to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.

Create mock up screen / wire-frame with prototype tools

Clearly articulates and documents business requirements.

Creates, analyse, and validate detailed functional specification or user requirements into a

Functional Specification Document (FSD) & System Requirement Specification (SRS).

Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands.

Manages ongoing relationship with the business partners to drive satisfaction with project delivery.

Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-through to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions.

Obtains key inputs from relevant parties and identifies solution inter dependencies.

Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems.

Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues.

Provides the UAT support to the stakeholders.

Design and maintain the application user guide.

Understand and simplify the application flow according to market usability and best practices.
